Take a look at the listings below to start trouble shooting your computer. In each case, the page you go to will have a description at the top defining a particular problem. Read these descriptions carefully, and choose the closest description to the problem you are having with your computer. For instance, you may choose “My computer does not do anything” because when you turn on your computer you hear it running but get nothing on the monitor screen. Actually, “My computer does not do anything” page applies when you do not hear any noises, not when you hear the fans run.
